PURPOSE
This coming fall semester, AIChE will host its 3nd annual Sophomore/Transfer Student Retreat. This retreat will be for all students registered for their first chemical engineering course (Material and Energy Balances). Activities during the retreat will focus on professional development, networking, team building, and personal growth. Students will participate in a low ropes team-building course, networking sessions with industry representatives, and various team activities.

Encourage communication and collaboration to form a support group for their core engineering courses..
Networking
Provide chemical engineering students with professional adviceand experiences that they will not obtain from their classes.
